To become a member, you must be an employee or member of HoneyPlus Holdings Company Limited or its subsidiaries, complete an application form, pay an entrance fee of Kshs. 1,000, and purchase minimum shares as determined by the General Meeting.

You'll need a completed loan application form, copy of ID, passport photos, pay slips for the last 3 months, bank statements, and guarantor forms signed by eligible members.

Interest rates are determined by the General Meeting and are competitive with market rates. Current rates range from 12% to 15% per annum on reducing balance, depending on the loan type.

You can check your balance through our online portal, mobile app, via USSD code *123#, or by visiting our office during working hours. Statements are also sent quarterly.
